I cannot say this enough if you transport HM this website is awesome, there is a ton of good info on the website. I reached out to Daniel via email with some questions I had and he answered them right away and also gave the the relevant CFR reference numbers as well so I could read it for myself. A co-government employee had sent an e-mail to the Federal DOT asking a similar question on government transportation of HazMat and received a reply which was forwarded to me, but after reading I still had questions because some answers were not clear to me. The same question was posed to Daniels Training Services which there was some research completed and the information I had received was very clear to me. I have no doubts about the federal government transporting of hazmat and what a government employee's responsibility is in that transportation now. As federal government employees, we are not looking to circumvent the regulations, just looking for clarity which was received from Daniels Training Services.
